More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various sections of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
